Sizzling chicken with ginger and onion

Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 0,5 onion, sliced into long stripes
- 2 tsp of vegetable stock powder
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of water
- 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce or ginger chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- a pinch of pepper
- 5 spring onions finely sliced
Method:
- Marinate chicken with half of the vegetable stock powder, half of the sugar and half of the ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil to medium-hot and add the remaining ginger. Stir for one minute
- Add marinated chicken, stir until it changes colour
- Add onion, water, sweet chilli sauce and remaining vegetable stock powder and sugar. Stir for 2 minutes
- Garnish with spring onion and pepper.
